Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or reservation fee verification.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped through our partnered courier services.

Shipping Couriers

We currently ship orders using the following logistics partners:

  • Flash Express
  • JR’s Cargo Services
  • LBC Express
  • etc.

The courier used may depend on your location and package weight.

Estimated Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on the destination and courier rates.

Estimated shipping fee ranges:

  • Mindanao: ₱200 – ₱400
  • Visayas: ₱400 – ₱700
  • Luzon: ₱700 – ₱1,200

Actual shipping costs will be confirmed after order processing.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Mindanao: 1–3 business days
  • Visayas: 3–5 business days
  • Luzon: 4–7 business days

Delivery schedules may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations.

To confirm your COD order, a ₱1500 reservation fee is required. This reservation fee will be deducted from the total amount payable upon delivery.

The reservation fee helps ensure that the order is placed by a serious buyer and allows us to properly prepare and reserve the unit for you.

All units and items come with FREE SHIPPING, depending on location and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Packaging

All units are carefully packed using protective materials such as bubble wrap and double-box packaging to ensure safe delivery.
